Are your singing bowls handmade?

Yes. Our collection includes hand-hammered, hand-cast, etched and hand-carved singing bowls. Because they are individually made, small differences in shape, colour, hammer marks and finishing are natural and make every bowl unique.

How do I choose the right singing bowl?

The best bowl depends on how you plan to use it. Smaller bowls are portable and generally produce brighter tones, while larger bowls usually create deeper tones, stronger vibrations and longer resonance. For meditation and personal practice, a medium-sized bowl is often a comfortable starting point. Professional practitioners may prefer larger bowls or carefully selected sets.

Which bowls are suitable for professional sound healing?

Can I choose a specific note or tone?

Yes, note requests can be considered when suitable bowls are available. Since every handmade bowl has its own natural overtones and character, exact tones may vary slightly. Please contact us with your preferred note, size and intended use.

Can I hear the bowl before it is shipped?

We provide specific sound or note confirmation after an order has been placed. Once the order is confirmed, we can share the available sound details for the selected bowl before dispatch. We do not normally provide individual sound videos before order confirmation.

What is included with my singing bowl?

Included accessories are shown on each product page. Depending on the listing, your order may include a mallet, striker, cushion, carrying case or other accessories. Please check the individual product description before ordering.

Will my bowl look exactly like the photographs?

Your bowl will closely match the design and style shown, but small variations are expected because every piece is handmade. Hammer marks, carving details, colour, patina and finishing may differ slightly. These are natural characteristics rather than manufacturing defects.

What are Full Moon singing bowls?

Our Full Moon singing bowls are created as part of a traditional process associated with the full-moon period. They are carefully selected for their tone, resonance, vibration and craftsmanship. Details about the process and any blessing are stated on the relevant product page.

Do you offer custom-made singing bowls?

Yes. We can discuss custom sizes, designs, sacred symbols, inscriptions, logos and specially selected sets. Custom work depends on design complexity, production time and minimum-order requirements.

What sizes are available?

We offer singing bowls ranging from small personal bowls to extra-large standing and body-therapy bowls. Sizes of approximately 4 to 26 inches may be available depending on the design and production schedule.

Do you offer wholesale orders?

Yes. We work with sound therapists, training institutes, yoga studios, wellness centres, retailers and other professional buyers. Wholesale options may include custom logos, branded packaging, complete student kits and direct international shipping. How long does order preparation take?

Preparation time depends on the product. In-stock items can usually be prepared quickly, while custom pieces, note-matched sets and larger instruments may require additional time. The estimated preparation period will be confirmed when necessary.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We provide secure international shipping to many destinations. Every instrument is carefully packed to protect it during transit. Delivery time depends on the destination, courier service, customs clearance and product size.

Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

International customers may be charged customs duties, import taxes or handling fees by their destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the buyer’s responsibility. They are not normally included in the product or shipping price unless clearly stated.

What is your return policy?

Eligible products may be returned according to our published return policy. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Buyers are generally responsible for return-shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or an incorrect item was supplied. Custom-made or personalised products may not be returnable.

How should I care for my singing bowl?
